During our time together we honor the ideologies of our individual cultures, education, training and experience and set them aside. In their stead we open to the ineffable knowing fields – Fields of Wisdom – the intangible realities of life in which we individually and collectively exist, subsist and live. We learn to proceed in our healing, awakening and becoming from the Mystery’s Wisdom rather than from human understanding.

Early in 2010, I will convene a Design Studio. Like the Feast before it, it will remove impediments to love, yet our attention will be given to unfolding new working models for humanity's  transition across the current seas of change and into Life's desired future. Models for coalescing yourself, for coherently moving into your own authentic way. At this moment, history stands on a bridge. This bridge is neither connected to what came before, nor to our future.

 


Fields of Grace Gathering

A Fields of Grace® Gathering is a workshop evolving from Stephen Victor’s work with neurolinguistics, mediation, Andean Mysticism, Hellinger’s constellations and the Wisdom of the human heart.  The designs of this workshop are non-local, neither individual nor personal.  The benefits derived are personal and transpersonal: individual, personal, familial, organizational and beyond. The healing is multi- and trans-dimensional as our ancestors, and progeny and “past” and “parallel” lives reconcile.

 

The Practical Mystic

The Practical Mystic workshop is an unfolding yanantin.  (A yanantin is a Quechua term referring to the harmonious alliance of opposites.)  The collaboration is an alliance of South and North, feminine and masculine, heart and head, Wisdom and intellectual understanding, sacred and mundane, unseen and visible realities, the Condor and the Eagle.  In an actual yanantin (which differs from conceptual speculation) a something “wholly other” arises that is life affirming. This workshop is a multifaceted collaborative undertaking of Juan Nunez del Prado and Stephen Victor.  Juan is a Peruvian mestizo and mystic, and he is a repository of ancient spiritual practices indigenous to the Andes of South America.  Stephen is North American and a field worker; formerly estranged from anything authentically spiritual; now awakening.

 

Wisdom Design Project - Copenhagen

Copenhagen has long been known for what is desirable in business, culture, science and environmental attentiveness.  Its goodness, truth and beauty issues from the land and water on whose shoulders it rests - and from the hearts and minds of its people.  Within the communities comprising Copenhagen, there are sensibilities rising which inform there are further movements to be made at the behest of Universal Wisdom.  The Wisdom Design Project Copenhagen is a gathering of people bent on further spiritual unfolding for themselves, and for commerce and culture.

 

Collaborative Leadership

It is no longer business as usual. Evidence of this grows daily.  Business as usual has lost its way. Today, business leaders must search for new markers as guides to the future. This search is mandatory as we watch whole systems collapse around us. The new model must have the potential for breakthroughs in philosophy, sustainability and profitability. From factory to board room current reality is making new demands. Everything has changed. There is a new imperative of leadership! It is this imperative that informs Stephen’s work.
